Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Menu, prices and allergens
Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice and may differ between shops and third-party delivery apps. Our kitchens handle wheat, milk, egg, soy, sesame, fish, peanuts and tree nuts. Dietary tags describe ingredients as listed and are not a guarantee against cross-contact. Please tell us about allergies when you order.
Online orders, catering and gift cards
Online orders are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or text. Catering changes are free until 10 am the day before the event; cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the order. Gift cards have no expiration date or fees, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and should be treated like cash.
- Deal of the week codes cannot be combined with other offers.
- Stack Club points have no cash value and may change with 30 days notice.
- Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID at participating shops.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH.
