Morning, stacked
Breakfast is where Stacked started: a cart at Findlay Market in 2014 selling goetta, egg and cheese on a split biscuit to Saturday shoppers. The line got long enough that we opened a shop, and that sandwich is still our number one seller before 11.
Eggs are cracked to order and cooked on a separate griddle so they never taste like last night's onions. Our biscuits are laminated and baked in the shop every morning at 6.

Made for us by a family butcher in Price Hill using a 1920s recipe.
