Online ordering and text updates
When you order online we use your phone number to send order-ready and delivery texts. We only send marketing texts if you join Stack Club and opt in. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Catering and business accounts
For catering orders we keep contact, billing and delivery details for the organization placing the order so we can invoice, reorder and resolve issues. Guest names entered for boxed lunch labels are deleted 30 days after the event.
