Ordering & pickup
Most pickup orders are ready in 12 to 15 minutes. During the weekday lunch rush from 11:45 to 1:15, plan on about 20 minutes. The order confirmation shows a live ready time.
Yes. Choose a pickup or delivery time up to 7 days ahead when you order online. Scheduled orders go on the flat-top about 12 minutes before your time.
Every shop has a pickup shelf by the door sorted by last name. Oakley also has a drive-up window on Allston Street.
Yes, call any shop directly. For orders of more than 10 sandwiches, please use catering so we can plan ahead.
Delivery
We deliver direct within about 5 miles of each shop. Check the Delivery areas page for neighborhoods, or enter your address at checkout.
Usually yes. Direct orders have a flat $3.99 delivery fee and menu prices are about 15% lower than on third-party apps, which charge us higher commissions.
$15 before tax for direct delivery. Catering delivery is free over $300 within 10 miles.
Allergens & dietary needs
Yes. Any sandwich marked with the GF tag can be made on gluten-free bread for $2, toasted in a separate pan. Our kitchens handle wheat flour, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
Look for the vegan tag. The Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, Smashed Chickpea Salad, Mushroom Cheesesteak and Falafel Crunch Wrap are vegan as listed, and our sourdough, baguette and hoagie rolls are dairy and egg free.
Ask at the counter for our allergen binder, which lists all 9 major allergens for every item and sauce. You can also call any shop and a manager will walk you through it.
No. Our fryers use canola oil. The Buckeye Shake contains peanut butter and is made with a separate spindle.
Catering & events
Boxed lunches, platters and Morning Spreads need 24 hours notice. The Sandwich Bar needs 5 days. We can often fill same-day orders under 30 people, so call and ask.
Yes, seven days a week. Sunday orders are built in Oakley and delivered between 9 am and 3 pm.
Changes to headcount or sandwiches are free until 10 am the day before. After that, we will do our best but cannot always add items.
Gift cards & rewards
Never. Stacked gift cards have no expiration date and no fees, and they work at all four shops and online.
Yes. Stack Club members earn one point per dollar and get a free sandwich at 120 points, plus a free Big Cookie on their birthday.
Your balance is printed on every receipt. You can also call any shop with the card number.
